Amy's Killer Fajitas

Contributor: Amy King

Worcestershire sauce
Teriyaki sauce (the thick sauce is better, but if you can't get it, thin will do)
Lemon Pepper seasoning
Cayenne pepper
Cajun seasoning
Lemon juice
Lime juice
Orange juice
Canned crushed pineapple in juice,
Orange extract

Tequila & Triplesec
Bacardi & Malibu (for a more carribean flavor)

Skirt steak (or flank, second best)
bell peppers, onions, portabello mushrooms, etc - optional

Mix up the base of the marinade (the Worcestershire sauce, and the teriyaki) depending on how many steaks you like to marinade, I usually use about a bottle of the teriyaki and a half bottle of worcestershire sauce to marinate approximately 5 or 6 steaks and the cut up veggies.

Mix in the seasonings, then the liquor, stir, marinate steaks and veggies for 24 hours, grill, and serve with the trimmings (tortillas, sour cream, refried beans, cheese, lettuce, guacamole, etc.)
